Sir/Ma,
The Union Bank of Nigeria PLC has the mandate from the Federal Ministry of Finance, Nigeria to release fund to the bank account of anyone that is owed by the Nigerian Government or any neighboring African country. So if you are owed or expecting any overdue payment, kindly contact me and send me the necessary details that will aid the release of your fund to you. The Union Bank of Nigeria PLC will require your permission to deduct the cost of transfer from the Principal sum before transferring the balance of funds to your bank account.
Before such permission to deduct the cost of transfer from your principal sum, you will write a letter on your letter head paper or a plain paper stating that you are giving the Union Bank of Nigeria PLC the permission to deduct the cost of transfer from your principal sum before transferring the balance to your nominated bank account. After the letter is written, you will sign it and send copy to me and then it will be taken to the Presidency and other ministries and then it will be taken to court for notarization so that it will be on record that you will never be asked to pay any transfer fee again.
Therefore, the only fee you will pay now is the sum of US$133.00 (One Hundred and Thirty Three United States Dollars Only) which will be required in the high court as notarization fee. That is to say that before the letter you wrote and signed can become valid before the Nigerian Government; it has to be a legal document hence the reason for notarization at the high court of justice.
Contact me for further directives so that you can understand me better. If you wish to send the US$133.00, you can send it to Lagos, Nigeria with my name through western union money transfer and then you email me the money transfer control number and other information.
